I was on ebay the other day and I saw some items labeled Disneyana. What does that mean?

1. Is it stricktly old Disney items?
2. Are they Disney originals?
3. Do they have to be made before a certain date?
4. Are these items heavily saught after by collectors?

Any info is appreciated!!
