Disney World Customer Relations Email?

Does anyone know if there is an email or snail mail address for Disney World customer relations?

We had some costs that were not disclosed to us by the rep on the phone and would like an explanation. I am sure this is happening to others as well.

Thanks.

Costs? Not explained? Details please...?

Basically, we already had a reservation and my wife called to see about upgrading to another resort. There was nothing available so we inquired about the new offer released yesterday. She gave us the new price which was actually higher than the one we already had!

She went over it again & the price was a few hundred dollars lower than our current booking. The rep went over the dates, resort, etc. very, very quickly and my wife stopped her. She asked the rep if she said "Insurance". This was the first time insurance was EVER mentioned. My wife explained that we did not ask or want insurance.

The rep went on to give examples of people who didn't take it. We don't need it because we are already covered by other means. The rep continued to press and my wife said I don't want it.

The price then dropped approximately another $150.00 US (We are in Canada).

The insurance was not exclosed or explained as an option. She just went ahead and added it.

We suspect other people have been charged this without their knowledge and wanted Disney to be aware of this.

Their reps should be more knowledgeable about Disney and their resorts but that's another story.

I've always had the travel insurance offered to me whenever I book through Disney. In fact when I was booking with a pin code a few weeks ago the CM actually went into further detail about the trip cancellation insurance. I've never not had a CM mention the insurance before.

The rep was wrong to make it an issue, but insurance is a standard and is usually included on most cruise and vacation packages (not just Disney) unless you request to decline it.
