Disney World Construction jobs

Hey everyone,

I was looking for some insight on construction jobs at Disney. I am a current Project Manager for a large construction firm, and think it would be amazing to work for Disney. I know that construction is done through Buena Vista Construction Company. Does anyone know if the construction jobs are still posted through Disney since it is a separate company? There isn't much information out there.

Following. I've also considered getting out of oil & gas because of the market and I think working on Disney projects would be awesome! I have 10 years of Planning/Scheduling experience on offshore mega projects. I've looked on the Disney Careers website but haven't seen any open positions yet.

Have you tried finding anyone on LinkedIn who is a Project Manager for Disney? That might be a good place to start to at least get some info.

I believe that although much of the construction work is done by Buena Vista Construction Company, Disney also has their own internal team of project managers and construction specialists in their Facility Asset Management department - jobs for that department should show up on the Disney careers website. I'm not sure about jobs specifically at Buena Vista Construction though.
