It starts at a couple of thousand and goes up from there deepening on what you want. It can be very comparable to costs outside WDW.

I did not have a Disney wedding, but did research it. For us it didn't work because I have a huge, traditional, family and really had to keep it local. The end cost will depend on all of the options you choose, but Disney has a minimum expenditure of about $25k for a weekend wedding, slightly less for non-weekend slots... All of the components of the wedding (ceremony site, photographer, limo, reception venue, food, music, etc) count towards the minimum, so spending $25k can actually be pretty easy. Check out all of the details on their website, as it was SUPER helpful when I was looking into it. Congratulations and good luck!

Congrats! I was a Disney bride this past May and it was an unbelievable experience! For 100 people you'd have to have a Wishes wedding. Pricing is based on the day of the week and the time of the reception. Breakfast, brunch, or lunch receptions all week long have a $10,000 minimum expenditure. If you want a dinner reception minimum expenditures are as follows:
Mon-Thurs $12,000
Fri and Sun $15,000
Sat $20,000

As with everything in life, the price goes up every year.
Prices do not include 6.5% tax and 21% service charge. If you want a reception longer than 4 hours the minimums are considerably higher. These prices are for 2012. Certain ceremony and reception venues cost more than others and some are only available at certain times of the year. You cannot book until you are 12 months from your wedding date, but conventions get first dibs. If more than one couple request the same venue at the same time, a lottery is held to determine who gets the space. An officiant is NOT included- you must book your own, but Disney gives you a list to choose from and it's really easy to get in touch with them since they all have websites.
Hope this helps!

Well soon-to-be congrats! :D and welcome to the club! DF and I are actually doing a Wishes wedding with 100 guests on a Friday morning and our current BEO that we just got is at 22K. This includes floral, tax, and MK photos on Sunday. I have a discussion on here that I am working on the text to update (hopefully soon!) and you will be able to read my complete cost break down. Our wedding is at 10am and we felt that the time is great, you can have breakfast, lunch or a brunch menu, and families can still visit the park in the evening! If you have any questions you came to the right place to ask!

Good luck and enjoy!

I got married yesterday. Ours was in the realm of $20,000 with 40 guests. It was amazing. We had the ceremony at the wedding pavilion and our reception in the French Uppers in Epcot.

I almost did a Disney Wedding - we had a wedding planner & everything. But because of family, we had to have it at home. We had almost 250 people, and it wasn't feasible trying to do that in Florida. If you visit disneyweddings.com, you can get a lot of information. You can also call the number on the site & talk to a planner who will explain everything to you. It looks like enough posters have already helped you out with pricing ideas.

In case you decide not to do it, but still love the idea of a Disney Wedding, you could do what we did & theme your wedding Disney. We had it in PA, but it felt like it was in Disney. My planner helped me do Disney invitations, a Disney cake (they mailed me a chocolate castle so my baker could integrate it), Disney Mickey program fans, and Disney engagement photos. They were REALLY wonderful at making me feel like a Disney bride even though my wedding wasn't there. Just another option for you! :)

Congrats & good luck!

1. Congratulations!

2. You are going to want to call them ASAP. I believe the number is 407-566-2313. Let them know when you will be down, that you are interested in a wedding and that you want to talk to someone about it. They will probably want to know a time frame for when you want to have your wedding. I know when we made the call DF and I had an appointment within a week. Good Luck!
