My boyfriend received an offer from disney visa today for a $200 disney gift card with first purchase. The offer was addressed to his last name's (for example "Smith Family") and since my last name is different, even though I live at this address and own the home at this address, they will not let me apply. My boyfriend does not like credit cards, so now I am really sad and angry. Was there anyway that the person I talked to was wrong or is this standard protocol? I really want the $200 gift card!!
