Does anyone have a Disney Visa Card? And if so, how would you rate your card: Great, Good, Okay, Could be better, Aweful? Does the APR/Interest still the same? The Disney Dollars are reasonable and you're able to earn them some-what quickly? Please tell me what you think. Thanks.

I too am a "Charter Cardmember". I got the card with the expectation that Disney might offer some really good exclusive deals for card members. Thus far, nothing. It's been a dud. I never use the card because my MasterCard offers a 1.6% cash back incentive on all purchases. The Disney Dream Reward Dollars</FONT> only give 1% (2% or 3% on special merchandise) and that's only good for very limited Disney related merchandise.

As a former member of The Disney Club (and prior to that the Magic Kingdom Club), I used to get a 10% discount (or more) on DVD's, CD's, WDW tickets, etc. All that seems to be gone now. It was my sincere desire that this new Disney Visa would offer similar good discounts. It's been a real disappointment, thus far.

I'm not impressed by it, and I'm also a "Charter Cardmember". The Rewards program is $1 back (in the form of a card that you can use at Disney Stores and Disney theme parks) for every $100 spent. Not a great incentive, really. When you do the math, you have to spend $30,000 on the card to get $300 in rewards. And you are capped at $750 in rewards per year, if you can afford to charge that much on your card.

You can also get 0% financing on vacation packages booked thru Disney - but not if you just get a room, or only theme park tickets. You also get a $50 on-board ship credit for Disney Cruise Line if you book thru Disney and use your Disney Visa. Not great, but can come in handy once in a while.

Interest rate is average, in the 10-12% range.

I'd rate it a 5, at best.

The interest rate on my disney card started at the introductory zero, then went to 17.5% Yuck :P

I don't use the card for that reason.
