Disney & Universal

You can get a cab to universal from any bell services at any WDW resort. Its about a 20minute trip, depending on the traffic.

You could also take the Mears shuttle, or have a Mears Towncar. Bell services at your resort can organise any of these for you.

Time wise, I think you really need at least 7 days for WDW, and 1 or 2 days at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. If time was tight, you could get away with 6 days at WDW and 1 day at Universal.

I agree with Steve on this one, you really need a full week at WDW, more if you want to spend some time in the water parks. For Universal, if you want to do both parks and all the rides then you need 3 days minimum.

We normally go for 2 weeks and spend 10 days in WDW and 3 days in Universal.

In fact, we're thinking of taking an extra week next year so we can fit in some other things like Busch Gardens and Wet & Wild.

Wow.... I wish we had been so lucky (and rich) to be able to stay for two weeks! *wink*

All the times I went with my family, we stayed a week, and we did Disney and Universal and SeaWorld, and sometimes even Busch Gardens! There are even charter flights from my city during the summer that go from saturday to saturday, doing all the parks and one day for shopping! Sure it is very tiring, but saves a lot of money in a family vacation!

But then you need a second vacation to get over the first one...;)

Thank's guys the last trip to disney with my parents we stay 10 days. We saw everything at Disney. then last year when I went with my uncle for 4 days we didn't have enough time to see everything. And this time we might stop at universal for a day out of our 7 day stay.

Yeah depending on who is in your party. You can do universal and IOA in a day. You'll be very tired though. ;)

depends on how many and what age people are in your group. me and my wife usually spend 5 days at disney and 1 at universal and get to do just about everything except doing sitdown dinners-we usually get one in-and dont have much time to do a lot of shopping.last year we brought my little neice and probably could have used one more day at disney and universal each.
