Disney Treasures Patch

I'm a sucker for the old Disney patches, the ones that look like this:

I was perusing eBay and found these and I had never seen packaging like that before. To me they look like new remakes of the old patches but I wasn't sure. Thoughts?

That looks really cool! And since it says Disney treasures on the packaging I think it is a remake of the older ones

Because the Disney treasures stuff is fairly new right? I'm not a huge collector so I don't know much when it comes to when things were released.
