Disney Transportation Bus New Audio??

Out of curiosity has there been any new audio spiels for the Busses to the Theme Parks? I ask this because this is the only spiels that haven't been updated lately. It will be strange to hear the AK Spiel still referencing Camp Minnie-Mickey & FoTLK as it won't be around by the beginning of next year.

Thats awesome. If I play the Halloween theme on my phone at night my wife gets scared. To really freak her out I'll grab our digital voice recorder and pretend I'm doing an EVP session in the house. She will grab the closest object and throw it at me. She doesn't mess around with the spirit world!

Who does the bus announcement in that video? If they do re-do the bus announcement, or change it, I'd still like him to do it.:)

That is Joe Hursch. He was the voice of WDW starting in 2005. You can still hear him on the Busses of course, But also Disney's Magical Express video and he was also the Monorail voice for a few years before they changed it to Voice actor Tom Kane (Prof Untonium, HIM, & Yoda).

The buses are still Joe, but as they record new spiels, it will likely be someone else. For some reason, they've stopped using Joe. The new monorail spiels were all recorded by the new VO artist (sounds like a robot), and based on the Magical Express Video thread that just started, I think they've used a new person for that too.

It's a shame, because Joe has a strong, deep voice that carries over crowd and ambient noise. When the monorail is noisy, it's hard to hear the new guy. Also, I always appreciated the upbeat tone of Joe's recordings. The new monorail spiel, to me, sounds like a GPS robot.

As I mentioned in my post above the Voice that is doing the Spiel for the Monorail is Voice Actor Tom Kane. Here's a link to all of his Characters that he has played..
