We did the starlight safari in December at Animal Kingdom Lodge and loved it! We are going to Disney for a long Labor day weekend and would love to do another fun tour. I don't think we can do any of the safari rides because of me being pregnant.

What are some great tours that pregnant women can do outside of the parks?

I wouldn't go to the parks pregnant on LABOR Day! You're just asking for trouble. ;)

Safari would be a no. I don't know about outside tours, but here's a list from Build a Better Mouse Trip on rides suitable for pregnant guests. The full article can be found HERE. A list of Disney tours can be found HERE.

What about the kitchen tour at AKL? I think it’s at Boma but not 100% sure about that.

Or the animation drawing at AoA? I think there may be another venue now too.

Why would Test Track be "not advised" for pregnant women? The most it does is go 65 miles per hour in a convertible.

And unlike Christie Brinkley, Test Track features seatbelts.

It's the sudden stops and one particular indoor segment (road test) that get this one on the list.

I was surprised Pirates was on the okay list considering the drop.

It still rings strange to me as the Test Track stops never seemed to be that jarring, even when it was the original GM Warehouse version.

Agree with you on Pirates, though I will also add that I find Swiss Family Treehouse to be a strange pick for the okay list..... that's a LOT of climbing, and I've seen some decidedly not-pregnant folks come off if it absolutely winded.

I will admit to doing many of the not advised rides while pregnant. Including, but not limited to: tower of terror, splash mountain and 7 dwarves mine train. Kids are currently 7 and 2 and seem ok (both love Disney and all rides). Both times were early enough that I wasn’t showing.
Also, to be clear, I AM NOT SUGGESTING IGNORING THE DISNEY SUGGESTIONS. They are there for a reason. But. If you’ve done the ride before and it seems reasonable to ride, I’ll assume you’re an adult capable of making that decision.

Also, you asked about tours.
Any of the walking tours should be fine.
We love behind the seeds at Epcot. It’s reasonably priced and really interesting.
I would also imagine the elephant and rhino tours at AK should be ok.
