Disney agrees to $9.5-million preliminary settlement in Magic Key lawsuit
A preliminary $9.5-million settlement has been reached in a class-action lawsuit over the Magic Key program at Disneyland. More than 100,000 people will receive payouts.

IMO, the amount in the preliminary agreement is not enough. Each ticket buyer will receive about $67. I think they should get at least a third to a half of their Magic Key refunded.
