I agree for the most part except we went to HS over spring break and it was crazy crowded and with DD's 4 and 2 we chose Disney Junior show and they seat FP first so we were front and center then the theater did fill up and they cut people off.  I probably wouldn't use it for most shows but it helps when you have little ones.
