I just heard that the Disney store is no longer owned by Disney. :veryconfu Does anyone know if the gift cards I purchased at my local Disney store will be good at the Walt Disneyworld Resort?? I had bought them for our July trip and hadn't realized Disney had sold their stores.

Almost every store at WDW even outdoor vending will accept charge cards...so if you get a visa gift card they could be used.
The Disney Store usually runs good deals on kids t-shirts...so maybe you can use your gift card on those and not have to pay the amounts the park charge.

I was glad to find that out as the cards are easier to handle than the Disney dollars (I don't have a small child anymore) but I'll still probably get some Dollars, too, just because they're so darn cute!!:wave:
