Disney Store Usually Hire New Year?

I Know i've been asking a lot of questions about employment with Disney but that's because one of my Christmas wishes is to be employed by Disney or one of its subsidiaries which is Why I pose this question. So, i've recently been to two disney stores and one of them told me they won't hire until the new year while the other one has my future interest form on file and I told them to give me a call back for the new year and they said, that's fine. So is it usually the case with all Disney Store to hire new cast members during the start of the new year? I've only been to 2 stores and wasn't quite sure if this was how it's like for most other store.

My store used to hire now for seasonal employment, and then we would let the seasonal people go by the end of january after the semi-annual sale. If anything we were restricting employment at the new year...definitely not bringing new people in. Our slowest times of year were Feb and March.

I wouldn't mind that as long as A) I get the job of course, B) my current manager allows me to take Fri, Sat and Sun off to work at the Disney store and C) the Disney store can fit me in with that limited schedule. I'm really hoping that it all works out.
