The best way to find out if they are hiring is to go in and ask for an application! Most should be hiring for the summer buying season right now unless they are overstaffed from the holidays.
The hiring age is 18, the starting pay is minimum wage, and the benefits are the same as other Disney cast members get... free park admission, 4 comp passes a year, 20% discount at stores and parks (35% later), etc. If you are interested in management positions they are usually hired internally but it never hurts to ask.
