I recently accepted a position at a Disney Store and am curious about the perks available to store cast members, especially regarding Disney park discounts. Do Disney Store cast members outside of Florida receive the same park benefits as those working at Walt Disney World? Any insights into discounts or other perks would be greatly appreciated!
