Well, if you are a CM, then yes. Some of the places in DS are not owned by Disney, and would not have Disney CMs as employees, so would not be treated like a CM for discounts and benefits.

Most of the places in Disney Springs would have probably you considered as a third party cast member unless it's something that's purely Disney, such as the Candy Cauldron, World of Disney, Art of Disney, etc.
