I have scoured the Hub for days trying to find some detailed information on the Disney service model. No luck.

Can someone please give me some guidance? So far I have only found the 4 keys basics. It's the exact same outline that they give you to carry in your pocket.

Obviously, Disney is the greatest service company on Earth. I would just like to read a little more about it.
