Disney Resort Heated pools

When does Disney begin to heat their pools and what temp
do they heat it to?

Although I am going the last week of October and air temp
is still very warm (but not HOT) water temp will have cooled
in an unheated pool to 70 degrees or so, much too cool
for a southern boy to swim in. I have 2 four year olds who
will demand to swim in the theme pool at Caribbean beach
and I hope it will be heated.

I went to the Carribean Beach resort in January, and the pool was really nice. I would say about 76 degrees. maybe warmer. it was hard to tell since the weather was about the same temp! I totally understand wanting the warm pools. I was a swimmer for 10 years, and the racing pools had to be kept at 70 degrees. a bit too cold for me! no more of that....

but anyway, I really think the pools will be warm enough for them. and they will love the pool there, it has such a cool slide! enjoy!

I believe they maintain a temp around 80 degrees year round. We were there in February 2001 with an air temperature of 55-60. You didn't want to get out of the pool.

they told me 80 degrees as well, but the wl pool seemed
much warmer than some of the other pools we got in.
must depend on outside air temp. it will seem cool if the temp
is well above 80 outside and warm if the temp is below 80
