I finished the Kidcot around World Showcase and got the achievement for each country but I did not get the completer "Kidcot Ambassador" achievement. I asked several CM's and they sent me everywhere but no one could help me or knew much about the app.

You could try sending feedback through the app. Touch your avatar at the top left and there should be a button towards the bottom of the page to send feedback.
