Disney personalised character paintings

Sorry, wasn't completely sure where to post this as I'm new here, but hoping someone can help. I was wondering if these personalised pictures are available at Disney World? And if so where? I'm really hoping to be able to continue my series. Thanks in advance

Havent seen these types, but at POFQ there was an artist drawing portraits of guests in the lobby area that was quite good. Some were comical, others more serious. i've seen them also offered at DTD.
