Hello,

In Disneyland Paris and in walt Disney world they have a performing arts onstage program however ever in Disneyland Paris they perform in the park: ( see below)

They perform in videopolis inside the cafe hyperion restaurant in the middle of the park.
Why don't they do something similar in the park in walt Disney world???

Mostly because Disney Springs is an easier venue to accommodate people in. A while back they did some in-park performances in Epcot (not sure if they still do), plus they'll also have marching bands to the parade route in MK, so it's not a completely foreign concept stateside.

I would assume at the value resorts such as All Star or Pop Century.

I believe Galaxy Palace Theater in Tomorrowland used to host such events. It’s now been over a decade since that venue was removed.

I highly doubt that a new venue would be built specifically for DPA. The only reason that they are in Videopolis in Paris is because they can't get good show that draws in crowds to stick in that theater (plus DLP just built a brand new theater on the other side of the park that still barely gets used). Currently the Marketplace Waterfront Stage works incredibly well to accommodate these groups, plus it nulls the need to let spectators into the parks for free.
And yes, usually the values as @Lilofan said.
