My friend John is a professor of communication at Temple University in Philadelphia, and is also a huge Disney fan. He's decided to bring the two together in a study of Disney fans and how they use social media. He'd be really grateful if fans of this (and other) Disney fan sites would take a couple minutes and fill out his survey. (It can be taken entirely anonymously using a pseudonym if you choose) I've cut and pasted a message from him below with a link to the survey. He includes his email address if anyone has questions or concerns about his study.
Also, if there's anyone on here who runs their own fan/info site or has a regularly-produced podcast or video blog, he's particularly interested in talking to you. Feel free to contact him at the email address he provides.

STUDY ON DISNEY THEME PARK FANS AND SOCIAL MEDIA
My name is John Edward Campbell and I’m an assistant professor in the School of Media and Communication at Temple University and a life-long Disney fan. I’m conducting an academic study of how fans of the Disney theme parks use different forms of social media to share their interests in and experiences of the parks. In particular, I’m interested in people who use unofficial Disney information and fan sites (such as WDWMagic.com, AllEars.net, WDWinfo.com, MousePlanet.com, LaughingPlace.com, etc.).
If you’re a fan of the Disney theme parks and you use any social media sites related to the parks, please consider participating in my online survey. The survey can be found at the link below and all personal information will be kept strictly confidential. You’re welcome to use a pseudonym in the survey if you prefer to remain completely anonymous.
