Does anybody know if it is located at Disneyland Paris (EuroDisney)?

The styling looks like a match.

Yes actually its right by euro disney almost as close as california adventure to disneyland. if i can find more pics ill put them up to show how close the two are.

The plaza between the disney village and the disneyland park have began to set up this preview center due to guest demand. As you can see its very close by.
