I am trying to think of the Disney park website where you can order items currently sold in Disney (World) stores.

I do not condone the act of shopping at the first link given. There was a very long and drawn out thread here recently about said website. At the site I referenced, this will get you in contact with people IN THE PARKS directly to order whatever you are looking for.

There is also www.disneystore.com which does have some park merchandise.

So you are suggesting I speak with someone in the parks and describe what I am looking for, correct? I know the store(s) and the item has been a staple the last few years.

I would be interested in hearing more about that thread. I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

The thread may not exist. It may have been taken down. But yes, I am telling you to go to the website I gave you, find the number to call the parks directly and they will patch you to whatever shop and they can get your info over the phone and send you what you want.

I'll look myself and see what I can find, if I find the thread, I'll link it to you via PM.

The Merchandise Phone number will sell almost and WDW merchandise over the phone. Nothing perishable, and some limited edition items may be excluded. Also merchandise sold by non Disney vendors won't be available. But anything else, the best description you can provide them them, SKUs are best, and they will do their best to locate the item in their system and sell it to you.

I don't think it's really advertising as much as it showcases how they conduct business.
