We are planning a trip for October next year...! Fingers crossed we were going to do 7 nights in Disney - not yet booked but considering a villa & then combine it with somewhere else that is driveable.

Any reccomendations?!

I think it depends on what park you think you will want to go to the most. Is it a grown-ups trip or one with kids? So many factors - so more details will help us help you! :)

There are villas in all areas - so it's wide open!

What do you mean by "then combine it with somewhere else that is drivable"? Off WDW property?

Hi there! Congrats on starting to plan your return. In terms of price, OKW i believe is the least expensive of the Villas , but if you're looking for luxury consider VGF or Saratoga Springs Resort. I really don't know anything about driveable offsite hotels , because I always stay onsite.

Yes, trip with younger children & then thought we could combine it with somewhere else in Florida (not Orlando)afterwards....

If money is not a concern, any of the monorail resorts are amazing for their proximity to MK alone. You can also take the MR to Epcot. Villas in the GF and BLT. VWL is just off of the MR loop, but a boat ride to MK.

Boardwalk area is fantastic for walking to Epcot (Hollywood Studios is a bit of a hike in my eyes, but you can take a boat). Another great location - you can choose from Boardwalk or Beach Club for villas.

Animal kingdom also has villas. Then there are OKW and SS which are closer to DTD.

Hope that helps with choosing a location. You really can't go wrong!
