Disney nightmare

So I had a dream, or nightmare, and we were arriving at POR. We were assigned a room in a "house" called Racetrack, just like the names acadian, magnolia trace, even though there isn't one called that. Anyway, when we opened the door there wasn't any beds per se. The beds were pads on the floor and there were tiny holes in the wall that you could see outside and bugs crawling up the walls. So I called the main desk and demanded a new room and to no avail no one responded back. So I called again a little later and again demanded a new room and the girl met up with me with a piece of paper in hand and said she had an idea of a room to give me but couldn't give me a room number just a building number. Weird right? Absolutely. I never did get my new room assigned to me.

So have you ever arrived and had a really bad room? I'm sure probably not as bad as I dreamed about though.

Not at Disney, buuuuut

When we were booking my MILs timeshare, they gave us the name of a place blah blah blah! Get it all done and I get online to check it out!! My heart stopped! It was this TINY dump! I read some reviews and basically confirmed my fears!!

I called back and demanded another resort!! We got the stunning Orange Lake at holiday Inn and it was perfect! Upgraded to condos with private outdoor space off the pond/lake! Haha

Yeah,we arrived at a hotel high up in the Scottish mountains in a village called Aviemore. The hotel looked empty but we were so tired after the long car journey we just went to bed.But during the night I had to go to the toilet only to find out there wasn't one in our room.So I opened our bedroom door to look for a toilet and walked down the hallway then turned a corner and was stunned to see two twin girls about eight years old standing together holding hands. They spoke to me " Want to play with us Danny " Thats when I woke up.Phew!

The worst at Disney was Caribbean Beach when we were pretty sure the room wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the dresser drawers, "stuff" on the remote, hair in the beds. I believe we ended up calling someone to come clean it. Other than that no bad rooms at Disney.

However, we've stayed at some pretty gross hotels on the drive down to the World. But at midnight when you've been driving all day, you just kind of say whatever and fall asleep.

Not really a bad room story but a long time ago I was staying at the PORS and the room was REALLY far away from the entrance and it was pouring down raining so my family ran to the room and when I took off my shoe, a roach came out of it. Yeah....

I have never had a bad room/nightmare at Disney World. My Disney nightmare is that I am on the DME going back MCO and I'm saying but I didn't get the Magic Kingdom and I didn't get to Epcot and I didn't get to...and I wake up.

On two occasions, one at CBR and one at POR, tree frogs jumped out of the trees and on to a group member's head. Thankfully it wasn't me either time.
