Disney movie night menu ideas

Hey everyone,

I'm having a Disney themed dinner and movie night, and the first one we're doing is Monster's Inc. We're going to be doing an appetizer, main course, dessert, and a cocktail. I've got the dessert and the cocktail down, but am having the hardest time thinking of something MI related for the appetizer and main course. Any suggestions?
