I like it, but they have bad customer service. I sent them several emails over two weeks and didn't get one response. They try to automate everything and it usually is useless. They need to have a customer service team that actually reads and responds to your questions. Other than customer service, it is good.
If you buy Disney movies on a regular basis, it's not bad to have. Although, many of their movies are about $5 more than what they would be if you walked into Wal-Mart. I'm just a sucker for the 3D cards. I still give it a thumbs up.
