Disney and Microsoft talks with Att and Microsoft about possibly a joints buyout of Att. I don't think it's gonna happen but it would be good if they do.

Disney won't jointly buy AT&T Broadband unit. They would buy it fully which might happen, but there is some big competion. AOL Time Warner, Microsoft, Comcast, Viacom and many more.
