Disney May Owe Money in Relativity Bankruptcy

It seems that all things media overlap each other now days. When Relativity bought "Earth to Echo" in 2013 they were supposed to absorb the pension costs along with it. Fast forward to today, they still owe the guilds money. Disney is hoping that the sale of Relativity will absolve them completely of the $25m outstanding. If not, they are off to court because they have no interest in paying. Who can blame them. Story by David Liebermann with link below.
