If you won a Disney lottery, what would you do with the money?

CONDITION: The limits are in the poll. You must only use the money in a way that relates to Disney. All of the money must be donated to only one "cause".

I'll buy a Test Track car that's a real car that runs on electricity. Gas, breaks, the works. Imagine the looks you'll get driving down the streat in that....

Well along with I would buy limitless Annual Passes and spend days and nights at the resorts and expensive Disney restaurants. I guess I would become a DVC member and see about getting a lifetime pass from Disney. I woul then finally break down and become a pin collector  . I would eat great for the rest of my life, and of course since I'd have enough to stay at any resort I would buy a refillable mug for each resort so I could get drinks any time of year for nothing. (I know I'm even thirfty when rich). Since this is more than I could spend at Disney I would take less fortunates into the park with me for ultimate experiences (so a charity of my own in a sense). I would eventually become a watcher since I would have rode everything so many times in the past.

Brings up an interesting question, if you could live comfortably at WDW, would you get bored someday???? :p

hmm... I'd buy myself into high society, so I could be given a Red VIP Pass by Mike Eisner... then with the change, I'd become a resident at the Beach Club

:sohappy: Wouldn't it be nice to stay anywhere you wanted any time, eat what and where you want stay as long as you wanted, AND not have to worry about the cost--- $$$$$$$$$ WOW what a dream!!

NOPE I would not get tired of being there-- Disney has new things all the time and just watching people who have not been before would be very fullfilling-- maybe pick a few and extend their stay for them as a gift mmmmmmmm

I'd buy my family an Annual Pass.

Then I would find people who can't afford to go to Disney World
and send them there for a weeks vacation.

I would do this one family per month...until all the money is gone. Of course I would go with them so I could pay for their meals, resort, gifts etc.

I could be like their tour guide...that way I'd get the pleasure of a Disney World vacation every month, I would be helping bring joy to some needy families, but most of all, I would get to see the smiling, Happy faces of children who might not ever get to experiance the Magic of Disney. :)

I know this all sounds sappy...but that's just the way I feel.

I've always wanted merchandise. I've always wanted an Annual Pass. I've always wanted to sponsor the COP.

But, when it comes down to it, this is all nothing. Materials. What matters most is people. Heck, the "world" couldn't operate if it wasn't for people!

I would take the money and definietly do the Magic Happens thing. I've been to WDW countless times, but there are young children (many with fatal illnesses) who have a dream of visiting just once. While these are all "Disney things," I think the true Disney thing to do was to take these children or families or elderly men and women to Disney World. That's what it's all about. THIS is the source of magic.

Magic Happens - and it starts with you! :)

If I got 14 million dollars I would definately give some to charity as well. But you can't tell me that you would give all of it to charity. No matter how nice a guy you are you would still keep some for yourself. That is why I couldn't really decide to vote for in the pole. I would definately give some to charity and do the Magic Happens thing, but I would also spend some on myself.

But you have to remember the condition: All of the money must be donated to only one "cause".

There is a big gift in giving magic - it goes right back at you. I'm going to post a very touching story this coming weekend that I am sure you all will enjoy of a very magical experience that happened in the parks. :)

Okay, playing along with the "all money to one cause from the list above," I'd have to choose the donate money to education. Think what you could do with a scholarship fund with that kind of money! (I'd make sure my kids would be beneficiaries of the scholarship...:))

Assuming you go all-out at Disney, you'd probably spend what, $20,000/week? How long would it take to use it all up? A LONG time! I bet even the biggest Disney fanatic would get sick of it before then. (okay, maybe not...) And imagine the guilt when all the $$$ is gone. A scholarship fund would help huge numbers of people throughout their entire lives.

Give the cash to those in need...

Charity all the way!!! I have enough money. Besides, curing cancer or helping others in some way would bring Disney to people for generations to come.

On second thought...

I would donate all the money to GrizzlyHall and ask him to donate 13 million to charity. That way, I stick within his rules and he may also be kind enough to hook me up with some park tickets and accommodations.

BTW, would I get a tax receipt?

I would buy limitless Annual Passes and spend days and nights at the resorts and expensive Disney restaurants and if Horizons was still around I think I would sponsor an attraction.
