But then I remembered that Warner Brothers not Disney made Barbie, and Mattel ended their Small World sponsorship in the 1990's, and so this is probably just something for Festival of Holidays. Diwali dancers on skates, or something.

This was my first thought as well... but it says it's for a 'new experience' and Disney would be greatly exaggerating calling the parade new.
