Disney in the Southern Hemisphere

If Disney want to set up parks around the worl there are two countries I would have thought would have come next after China (2005).
1. Australia
2. South Africa

Two new continents. I can see some problems already, sparse population in Australia and political difficulties in SA. But China has pollution, a major problem, France had cultural clashes so do you think these places will greet the mouse?

Brazil has Hopi Hari and lots of tourists going to Orlando every year, which proves demand enough for a Disney World park in Brazil.

This topic was created in 2002! But it's still a valid question.
Although there is a big audience in Brazil, I'm not sure they want to build a park and take away a large part of their visitors from Walt Disney World, because it would mean another loss in money for the US parks. I think Australia is more likely in the Southern Hemisphere and if we are talking about possible locations all around the world, I think we can count in India.

But where in India would you put it? The entire nation is either jungle or densely populated with twenty people to a small home... There's no way you could find that much room.
