We have traveled to WDW twice in July. One word I can think of is HOT. Definitely want to plan breaks during your day. The nice thing is the parks are usually open late. We always started our day early at park opening, took a break in the afternoon and headed back in the evening. Stay hydrated and wear sunscreen. If you are planning on visiting the water parks I would go when they open to beat the crowds. Plan indoor activities during the heat of the day.

The afternoon break saved us in July! We seemed to stay away from the heavy crowds by doing this and managed to not be exhausted from the sun and heat.
