Disney in DC/Maryland

Disney has just purchased a huge plot of land on the National Harbor in Maryland for a hotel and resort. To my knowledge this is spot number 2 purchased (Hawaii being number 1).

I figured I'd pass on the news. I'm a DC guy, and was happy Disney never built the history park in Virginia, thinking it would have taken the magic of our Orlando trips away. That being said, I love the hotel idea...a peice of disney is always nice!
