Okay one more question this says you save 20%on Disneyworld resorts when you book my Feb 26th I'm going from Sep 10 to the 19th does this still apply to my whole trip or?

That is only true with a vacation package discount such as free dining.
The room rate discount is only for the dates that its discounted.

OP the room rate discount is only applicable for the dates specified.
If you are going dates outside of the discount then you'll only get the discounted room rate for the dates that are included in the discount and you will be paying full price for the dates that are outside of the discount dates.
