If you drive to the hotel, tell the guard you are there to eat at ___. You will be issued a parking pass for 3 hours (has that changed -- anyone who's been lately?).
You can also take Disney transportation to each hotel, then back to the park.
Depending upon the time of year you go, Priority Seatings are usually a good idea.

When the AKL first opened, you could only get on property with a priority seating for one of the restaurants. That has since changed and anyone can get on property.
