Disney History - where can I find it?

Yo,

I'm currently doing a project for college on Disney. I need to find a time-line of events. Either that, or any information on the history of Disney as a company. So when it merged/brought/made ABC TV & Radio and stuff - the technical side I guess of Disney.

I'm not really looking for information on Walt Disney himself, nor all the movies released. Just the company and how it has developed from 1927 to the present day.

If anyone has any links or info please please post here. It would be most appreciated. Or my e-mail, vipers_30@yahoo.co.uk (checked daily). I've been hunting around the web ages and although I've come across some great disney sites, none have any indepth study into the companies history.
