Disney Gift Cards

Does anyone know if the parks take e-gift cards? I have a Disney e-gift card on my phone and I was wondering if it’ll work in the parks. I’ve never seen anyone scan a gift card at the register so I’m wondering if this is possible or if they can input the gift card number? If anyone has done this or has tried to, can you let me know if it worked properly? Thank you!

I have never tried it, but if it is a Disney e-gift card, I cant see why not. They should be able to scan your phone or at least type in the card code. You could call Disney and ask if no one here has tried it, though I am sure someone has.
