Disney gift cards at Sams Club

This may sound like a dumb question, but can the gift cards be used all over WDW including bibbidi bobbidi boutique and dinning locations? We've never been to WDW before and are planning our first trip.

Pretty much any location on property should accept them. Or if you are staying on property you can charge to your room and then settle up before they run the charges against your credit card. There are a few exclusions, some of the roaming vendors are cash only.

No
I buy the Sam's cards each trip and then go two or three times during our trip to the front desk later during the night, when there is little to no line, and pay down our room charges ;)
It might depend on where you are staying but for me on our last trip to AKL DVC, I was told they would not run our card until we hit $1500 in charges. I'd check with the resort at check-in to see their current policy.

37 days to go before the next one:)

BJs Wholesale Club sells $100 Disney Gift Cards for $96 (or at least they did last summer). I currently have over $800 on my Discover card ... when I get up to $1000, I will go to BJs buy 10 cards, pay $960 and then cash out the Discover $$$ to cover the cards ... free money ... doesn't get any better than that.:greedy:

It's based on the level of resort. $500 for values, $1,000 for moderates, and $1,500 for deluxes.

I THINK DAAR family suites and the FW cabins are treated as moderates for this purpose, but I'm not positive.

Target is a better deal...5% off when you buy with the red card
But do you earn money on the Red Card? I earn $$$ on every charge on my Discover ... building them up big time as my DH had brain aneurysm surgery with $3300+ in medical bills (Dec. '13) and my DS had tonsillectomy surgery with complications that results in another $3300+ in medical bills (Dec. '14). Worked out payment plans with every doctor, hospital, lab, ER, etc. and using those earnings to save up and buy Disney gift cards.
