I don’t know. Mickey is meant to be well balanced, and I’m not sure. If there was a 3rd D-Magic most likely would be the Brave Little Tailor which has Mickey tie up the giant, and making him fall to the ground.

That works pretty well too.
The next fighter is Baloo. He is a heavy fighter with one of his special moves has him throwing fruit. His D-Magic summons King Louie’s monkeys with a battering ram hitting the opponents. If successful it would activate a cutscene of King Louie’s temple crumbling to the ground causing major damages.
Baloo’s alternate costumes are his brown bear concept art, his orangutan disguise, Little John from Robin Hood, his Talespin costume, and his 2016 colors.

It would be awesome if the little girl from Turning Red, She-Hulk and the Hulk all could transform. That would be a nice add on.

Here is Roger Rabbit's final smash:
Roger drinks his beer, as his eyes turns pink and his eye turns huge, as he goes crazy until he turns into a whistle to blow the fighters away. Roger's D-Magic could involve Benny the Cab which he will speed into the fighters into a flat. Roger's moves he can use his gag products to fight like portable holes, TNTs, boxing glove, falling bricks, falling pianos, banana peel. His stage will be Toontown, which it will have three separate areas: Downtown Toontown, Gag Factory and the Ink and Paint Club. Assist Trophy will be Baby Herman, who will using his gags to trick them like Roger Rabbit cartoon shorts. The boss for the story mode will be Judge Doom and the Toon Patrol weasels.

That could work. I need to think of how D-Magic level up.
Next fighter is Peter Pan. He is light weighted, and only floats when walking and running that he flies. He is arm with a dagger for close range. His D-Magic is known as He Can Fly in which he flies at swift speed causing damage to opponents that gets caught in his way.
His alternate costumes are based off his shadow, Wendy, John, Michael, Captain Hook, Smee, the 2023 Peter Pan, and 20th Century Studios’ Peter Pan & the Pirates design.
Tinkerbell appears in Fight Fest as both a taunt by Peter Pan, and a assist via a D-Pin.

My idea was less “leveling up” and more “pick one from a selection of 3”, like Third Strike. Makes things more tactical.
So like using b left b & right b, up & down b to activate the D-magic?

This could have a great story mode in it. ... and for me more playable than the usual Mickey game.
One of the plots for story involves rifts within the multiverse, and pieces of the worlds being consumed by a mysterious darkness. You could say it’s like Subspace Emissary as a higher level.
Mulan would be joining the battle as well. She is armed with her father’s sword, and is a bit of a heavy fighter, but could run. Her D-Magic is dragon launch. Using a dragon cannon Mulan could launch any characters it hits into the mountain causing a avalanche damaging opponents. Mulan has 4 types of costumes in alternate colors her Mulan traditional costume from her final battle against Shan Yu, her Pip armor costume, her Once Upon a Time armor, and her 2020 live action costume.
