While the CM's in the fantasy costumes are nice, let's not overlook the hard working general managers and vp's:

Having just recently being laid off from a company due to "budget cuts"....where the suits all refused to take a pay cut..and a lot of us "grunts" got the axe...I must say executives make WAY too much for their own good....sorry....

I work for a start-up where the executives, me included, all took a pay cut in order in help insure company survival. Yes we had to lay off some people, but we participated in the pain, and are staying around to run teh company back to success. Not all executives are evil!!!

I think they should use that money on other things. Like movies and parks.
