Is anyone really familiar with job opportunities in Disney and the hiring process. I am debating on applying for a job at Disney but have a few questions. I would really appreciate any assistance

Is there anybody here who works in the walt disney internet group, I thought it'd be cool to work there?

I was wondering what someone with experience working there thought about the environment and also what you would need to have before you apply..

I am thinking about applying to work at Disney World too. Security Guard or Life Guard, is it difficult to get those two jobs, and if you apply of a postion are you guaranteed to get it or do they place you where they need people?
