Disney Employee No rehire help

I recently applied to return for disney world. Breezed through everything and now have a phone interview this Monday. But I called casting to find out I'm on a no rehire for costumes. Contacted costumes trying to get this figured out but has anyone else experienced this issue. Were you rehired or not. Help please

Email WDW.Costume.Recovery@disney.com they will give you the options of returning the items, paying in full, or deducting from your paycheck until they are paid off.
