Is the best place to by these in the parks or online? Is it the same pricing everywhere? Practically dying for one for years now... If I receive disney gift cards can I use multiple gift cards to purchase one in the parks? Sorry if this is in the wrong thread (wasn't sure where to ask)

I'd buy it online. Once in a while, Disneystore will have promo codes for D&B especially. Not sure if I ever see them on sale in the parks.

I just bought one for my wife who was also dying for one for years. The one she eanted was on sale at disneystore.com for only $201.00. And i did a google search for a free shipping coupon and first one i found worked. I think it was shipdisney

For me it depends on the purse, the price, and the discount. If there is a good sale and it's a smaller pattern on a larger bag I buy on line. If it's a larger pattern on a smaller bag and no good sale I'd rather see it in person before I buy.

If you are an AP or DVC Member you get 10% off. I've bought my wife like 3 I think and I've mostly got them online. Right now in the park they are mostly going for $198 before tax. She saw a couple she liked on our trip last week so I will probably be getting her one (or two) for Christmas or something. LOL!

I have a collection of them! They're fantastic.

Best place to buy one is generally in person because then you can pick out placement. For example, some designs wind up with "headless" characters or awkward cutoff images. For example, this pic from google shows a TON of headless princesses:

Whereas, in person you can pick out exactly how you like it such as my Sketch Taylor tote with the perfectly centered Cinderella Castle:

Pricing in all locations in the park will be the same. You can find them in all four parks, deluxe resort gift shops and Disney Springs. The biggest selection is usually the Co-Op in Disney Springs. You can also use the Shop Disney Parks App to find where a specific style is in stock.

The Disneystore.com website does NOT give AP discount, but the Shop Disney Parks App and in store do.

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards on one bag purchase.

Sometimes, certain patterns go on clearance and will show up at the Disney outlet stores. There are two in Orlando. The Premium Outlet on Vineland is one exit past Disney Springs (exit 68) right off I-4: http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/orlando-vineland The other is on International Drive: http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/orlando-international/stores

There's no guarantee there will be Disney Dooneys available at any given point in time, but if you have a car and/or a little extra time, it might not hurt to check. There are also several Disney Dooney groups on facebook which help alrter people to when things show up at the outlets and allow for buying/selling/trading. I've also seen some deals on eBay (but would be very careful to make sure they are REAL and not knock-offs). I've been wanting to get my hands on a bag myself but can't narrow down the pattern I want. I would love to get one before our trip in October. I'm sure once I get one, more will follow
