Disney Dollars Questions

I have a few questions about Disney Dollars, and I am hopind someone here can help me out.

1- Does anyone know of a site that has pictures of all the different disney dollars since they came out in the 80's?

2- Are the sames dollars used at WDW and DL?

3- I assume different dollars are used outside the USA, is this true?

I believe the same dollars can be used at WDW and DL.

ALL the parks have their own respective DD. They are all interchangeable and have various characters/scenes on them. When I was @ WDW in January, I had DD from DL, WDW, and Paris. The cashiers took all of them.
