Disney Dollars Question

Just wanted to ask if there are any restrictions on Disney Dollars?

As to what they can be used for or where in the parks they can be used?

I think anywhere in WDW except for some of the 3rd party owned stores in Downtown Disney.

I may be wrong but this is what I read.
They can be used at ALL theme parks. And any Disney Store, store location, and in Downtown Disney.
However I think it is subject to some stores not owned by Disney, just ask.

At the Disney Store, we are told that they can be used on Disney property, throughout the property even to pay for hotel rooms. I know for sure any unspent Disney Dollars can be used at TDS!

Nope. Only in the U.S.A. theme parks! (says so on my 5 buck bill )

Mine say that they can be used at any TDS Store in the US and Puerto Rico.

I agree - we've always been able to use extra Disney dollars at our Disney Store.

The DD are Disney Currency. Its like its own country, you can spend it at any time, anywhere, any how as long as within the Disney Empire.:king:

I suppose it depends on context. But Tokyo DisneySea came to mind for me first as well.
