Disney Dining?

Hey all,
I'm hoping someone can help me? I will be hopefully booking a return trip to WDW in January with the fantastic Kingdom Konsultants-need to get Christmas out of the way 1st.
My question is this. We are looking at mid August and I have a price for accommodation in a Disney Hotel and park tickets for 10 days will I get free dining? Will I have to wait till Disney announce free dining for August?
I've never used the Dining plan but on our last visit (2010) we spent a lot of money just on food and we were advised to return in August and we will get free dining plan. Hope you can help.

The free dining plan hasn't been announced for that time of year yet, so you won't be able to book free dining until it's announced. If you book through KK, they should automatically switch your reservation if it's eligible and it's offered... that's why travel agents are awesome =)

As usual the answer is "It depends". If Disney offers free dining for your travel dates and the resort you are staying at and it is the best deal then you will get free dining. We can not book free dining until Disney releases it but we keep track of all of Disney's promotions and if you are booked with us we will automatically rebook you if and when a better offer comes out.

They usually do the fre dining sometime in august and september. Lately though , seems they've been doing it more and more. Im going Sept. 2012 trip is booked through Disney themselves, dining plan for free wasnt listed as of booking, but like others have said, it can be made available later on. Just call them and see if the reservation could get switched over to the free dining if it comes available
