Hi all,
I see that WDW are offering free breakfast for uk customers when staying at a value resort in 2019
Does anyone know if they ever offer the Disney Dining plan for free when staying at a value resort?

They used to but for the past few years it’s only been the Quick Service plan for values. You can pay to “upgrade” that plan to the regular dining plan (it’s ~$20 per person per night I think).

As @belledream says, it changed a couple of years ago. I don't think they'll offer it for the value resorts. But on the site, if you select the dining and scroll down, there are the options to upgrade.

We always stay at the value resort POP Century. Last year's requirements for free dining at the value resorts is a preferred room with the park hopper option on your park tickets and I think a minimum stay of three days ( which was Quick Service only, you would need to pay for the upgrade per person in your party) .

Ok I guess I’ll have to wait and see if anything offers free quick service

The free quick service is attached to the Moderate Resorts. I don't think they do free quick service for the values in UK packages anymore, as far as I'm aware. It's free breakfast at Values, QS at Moderates with the option to upgrade to the regular plan for half-price, and free regular dining at Deluxe level.

For the past couple years in the US, the offer for values was indeed QS. I believe it extended to moderates as well last year, with only deluxe getting the regular dining plan.
